Going Beyond the Checklist
There is a lot new at the NEW Shine Way! Now that the company is under new ownership, we have a completely different method of doing business from what was previously being done under the former management. At Shine Way Interior Preservation Services, we are focused on providing a high level of specialty cleaning services throughout the Southern Minnesota area. We have 15 + years of experience in interior preservation services.
Our goal is to GO BEYOND THE CHECKLIST when we perform services at your facility. We have already started doing it and while we don't charge more for doing this, it has paid off BIG! The concept of taking pride in the work that you do is one that we want to rejuvenate in the world. Our priority is COMPLAINT PREVENTION. A service provider should NEVER sit back and wait for complaints in order to gauge how their business is performing. Instead, it should be part our organization's mission to immediately find and resolve any issues and address them appropriately BEFORE the situation rises to the level of client complaints. This is the best business philosophy and we think that our current and future clients will agree.
Making improvements to the cleaning processes that our clients receive from Shine Way rose to the top of our company “checklist” when we took over this company. Ensuring that the work is consistently performed at a high level was a necessity that we noticed right away. The only way to achieve this is by replacing what was happening before with more hands-on supervision of the work, new well-trained employees, new equipment and cleaning supplies and a more detailed, thorough system of performing cleaning services. We have implemented all of the above in most of our clients’ facilities and will continue doing so until all clients receive a superior level of service from Shine Way.
In addition, we have several new specialty services to offer to existing and new clients and we are excited to show organizations across Southern Minnesota the ways in which we can assist them with maintaining a clean work environment that aligns with OSHA Standards and insurance requirements.
