The Shine Way Company was formed in 1972 by Bruce Johnson in Mankato, Minnesota and was run as a highly successful family business for many years. Shine Way continues to provide services for a wide array of commercial organizations. We are willing to bid any job small or large.
Shine Way was recently sold into new ownership who are dedicated to making improvements that will ensure that all of our clients receive the highest level of janitorial and cleaning processes possible. We have added new processes in all aspects of our cleaning programs and will provide new services such as overhead cleaning systems and deep cleaning protocols to provide a better client experience for our customers.
It is our highest priority to ensure that our clients receive a new and improved level of service that exceeds their expectations, and we have the ability to make those improvements and enhancements.

We bring our extensive years of experience in commercial interior maintenance to the management of Shine Way, which will allow us to combine our expertise with the existing infostructure of the company. Since 2009 we have performed contract work for a range of large companies such as Sherwin Williams, Morgan Stanley, Eileen Fisher, Apple and UBS in the IDS tower in Minneapolis.
Working locally in Mankato will be an opportunity to combine our experience with Shine Way to bring the company to the next level of excellence and we look forward to meeting and exceeding the expectations of our additional clients.
On November 1, 2024, Shine Way was purchased by Chris and Beth Wiener. We have been business owners since 2001, including our janitorial business, and we have the experience to fulfill all of your interior building requirements.
